This orchestrated ruse gives the buyer a false sense of security and professionalism. As the transaction progresses, the unsuspecting victim is instructed to pay for the pet’s transportation and other related fees. However, once the payment is transferred, the scammer vanishes into thin air, and the anticipated pet never materializes, leaving the victim both heartbroken and financially depleted.
